Online petition to make women's mags tell truth

A quick Facebook poll on news.com.au told us while they're not as popular as ten years ago, magazines still contribute to the issue because the images are transferred to social media and news websites where they become part of a broader disucssion:

To bolster her campaign Ms Barlow has also launched the "Brainwash Project", which involves the presentation of this petition along with edition one of a new magazine showing what young females really want and need in their magazines.
She has also created a Facebook page and Twitter hashtag: #RealGirlsCleo.
