USHER'S ex wife, Tameka Foster, has reportedly accused the singer of faking his grief over the sudden death of her 11-year-old son, Kile.
According to court documents submitted by Foster and reportedly seen by TMZ, Usher is using Kile's death to get the upper-hand in their custody dispute.
Usher and Foster are fighting over the custody of their two children, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd.
Kile, who is Foster's son from a previous relationship, was put on life support after he was hit in the head during a boating accident last month.
He was on life support for 15 days before doctors decided he would not recover from his injuries.
According to TMZ, Foster claims in the court papers that Usher visited Kile only once in hospital and that he refused to ask his Twitter followers to pray for his stepson's recovery.
Foster says that Usher's attempts to delay the custody hearing because of the "unnecessary stress and strain" it would cause to both sides are "simply a transparent sham", TMZ reports.
She wants the judge to move ahead with hearing as planned, saying it would help her put the tragedy behind her.
Usher has not commented on TMZ's claims.
