The Sun reports that Depp's pay-off to Paradis is one of the biggest involving an unmarried couple.

Hollywood lawyer Robert Nachshin told the UK tabloid that Paradis would have been able to claim automatically half of Depp's fortune had they been married.

He has been linked to Amber Heard, 26, his co-star on The Rum Diary.
