There is nothing silly about being silly. There is nothing futile about doing something pointless. The little things in life make the biggest difference. Efficiency is overrated. Pragmatism is oversold. We need a certain amount of it, of course, but just as you can survive quite happily on far less carbohydrate than you might imagine, it is amazing how rarely you ever really need to be sensible. You are entitled to an easy week. You can have it as long as you remember that very little matters as much as you imagine.
