3. To qualify for entry, Optus Internet entrants can enter via online entry form available at www.optuszoo.com.au/competitions. Entrants must answer in 25 words or less "Tell us why you deserve to be a 'Princess for a Day'". Optus Mobile entrants can enter via the mobile WAP entry form available at Optus Zoo > Disney > Enchanted. On WAP, entrants must answer the question "Tell us why you deserve to be a 'Princess for a Day'" in 80 characters or less. Entrants who qualify for entry will be entered into the competition when the online WAP or Web form is submitted. Entrants must have a valid, active Optus account that is not overdue for payment, at the time of judging to be eligible to win. Multiple entries permitted. Winners will be judged based on the most original response.

4. Promotion commences 12:00am (AEDST) on 30/11/2007. Final entries close 11:59pm (AEDST) on 31/01/2008. Entries not received by 11:59pm on 31/01/2008 or not completed in accordance with these conditions will not be eligible to win. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 5. The Entrant with the valid entry judged to be the most creative will win a $5,000 Red Balloon Voucher. The total prize value is $5950.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of or connected with taking the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 30/04/2008 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
